Group classes are held in an adjoining, mirrored, group exercise studio with cushioned sports floor and a ballet bar. Pick from all the latest disciplines including yoga, Pilates and aerobic workouts. In addition to the group classes held in studio, you may want to try water aerobics or cardio tennis.
In addition to group classes, the professionals who staff the center are available for weight management consultations and fitness equipment orientations. Personal Trainers are also available should you wish to participate in one-on-one sessions.
