When you refer a friend, neighbor, or colleague to the ICI Homes sales team and they successfully purchase and close on a new home, you’ll be eligible to receive the following within 45 days after closing if all the terms and conditions of the Program are met:

Non-Member Residents: $2,500 towards any membership category initiation fee
Members: $2,000 credited to your member account ($1,000 if social member only)

Referring resident shall complete and submit this referral registration form to the ICI Homes Sales Associate before or during the date of prospect’s initial visit.
Residents are protected by this “referral registration” for a period of six (6) months from the date of initial visit.
The Club reserves the right to amend or discontinue this program at any time at its complete and sole discretion.
