*Must complete a tour of the community with an on site sales agent to be eligible for the certificate. Participant must be a known person with an interest in Plantation Bay real estate in our system either as a previous visitor to Plantation Bay or through online activities such as a brochure request or online inquiry prior to the tour to be eligible. Residents of the Plantation Bay community are excluded from this promotion. Upon tour completion, you will receive a certificate with a maximum of two activity choices. One certificate per adult 21 and older participating in the tour. Valid ID may be required. Certificate will expire on recorded date. No extensions to the expiration date will be permitted.
