If you get hungry while shopping at The Trails Shopping Center, there is a Panera Bread for lunch and the Ormond Steakhouse located across from Talbots is a great option for dinner.
Volusia Mall
When you are looking for the full mall shopping experience, this is the place to be. It is located right in the heart of Daytona Beach and contains all of the stores you would expect. The mall is anchored by Macy’s, Dillard’s, JC Penney, and Sears.
In addition to those department stores, there is also an assortment of typical mall stores like Abercrombie & Fitch, American Eagle, Hollister, Christopher & Banks, Charlotte Russe, New York & Company, and Victoria’s Secret. It’s well worth the short drive if you are in the mood for some great bargains on top brand names, but if possible try to go during the week as the place can get pretty crowded on weekends.
Coming Soon: One Daytona
While it is currently still in the development phase, the future of shopping in the Daytona area is going to be . This will be a massive commercial district that is currently being built across from the Daytona International Speedway. An enormous Bass Pro Shop and a Cobb Theatre will serve as anchor stores in the area. One Daytona is scheduled to begin opening sometime in 2016.
