The 2014 Parade of Homes is upon us, and this year we actually have three Plantation Bay homes entered in the parade.
The parade officially runs March 22 through March 30, and during that time the following homes will be open Monday through Saturday 10-5 p.m. and Sunday 12-5 p.m.
The first one is the “Bellevue” located at 625 Woodbridge Dr. [Map it]
The Bellevue is a 3 bedroom, 3 bath home, and has approximately 3,120 sq. ft. A stunning entry leads you into an open foyer area with a light and airy formal dining area and great room combination. Natural light filters through massive sliding doors, adding to the grand ambiance within while providing an invitation to enjoy the outdoor living space beyond.
Next up is the “Blossom II” located at 1040 Kilkenny Lane. [Map it]
The Blossom II is a 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse with a loft. The Blossom II has a spacious open floor plan with a nice size master suite. The master bath is complete with dual vanities, a large shower and a walk-in closet.
Rounding out our parade entries in Plantation Bay is the “Hernando” located at 670 Elk River Dr. [Map it]
The Hernando has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and approximately 2,335 square feet. Volume ceilings throughout the main living area bring a decided upscale flair. The open kitchen looks out onto the spacious great room and lanai while the master suite is nestled in the back of the home for privacy from the two other guest rooms.
